These terms govern your use of the App, including all contents (such as text, data, information, software, graphics, photographs, video, audio etc.) that we may make available through the App (collectively referred as "materials") and any services that we may provide through the App (collectively referred as "services").
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time, so please check for changes when you use this App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes to these terms means that you accept those changes.
The materials contained in this App are protected by applicable copyrights and trade mark laws.
Your attention is drawn to our Privacy Policy for the use of this App.
We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of this App and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with our express written consent. You may download photos, schedules and videos posted on the App for your personal use only.
This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this App or its content, or any collection and use of any video, photo, schedule, posting, product listing, description or pricing, or copying of account information for the benefit of any other person, or any use of data mining or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
This App or any portion of this App may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose.
You may not frame or utilize framing technologies to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of or on this App without our express written consent.
By using this App, you agree that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or mobile or other device, and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
Only those persons who are entitled to enter into legal contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 may transact on this App. By using, visiting and placing orders on this site, you warrant that you are at least eighteen years of age. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed by anyone we suspect to be under the legal age to enter into a contract.
You may not use false email addresses, impersonate any person or entity or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to remove or edit such content but do not regularly review posted contents.
All orders made on this App are deemed offers for you to purchase our products or services. We may accept your offer by issuing a confirmatory e-mail and/or mobile confirmation of the products or services specified in your order. Our acceptance of each such offer is expressly subject to and conditional upon your having agreed to these terms & conditions. No other terms & conditions shall apply.
The only product available to order on this App is an I-card (of which a soft copy will be available on your Akonnect account within the App and a printed copy will be available from your local Dada Darshan or Dada Bhagwan Centre).
All prices posted on this App are subject to change without notice. Prices prevailing at commencement of placing the order will apply. Posted prices include all taxes and charges at the rate applicable as at the date these terms were last reviewed. If taxes change, then the pricing may be adjusted at the time of check out without notice to you.
All payments must be made at the time of placing the order. We accept payment by net-banking, credit card & debit card.
We will arrange for shipment of the products to your local Dada Darshan or Dada Bhagwan Centre. It is your responsibility to contact the Centre and arrange to collect your product from the Centre. Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.
The products are not returnable. If there is an error in the information on the product (I-card) due to our mistake, then we will replace it without further charge. Otherwise you will need to place a new order and pay for it again, unless we agree otherwise.
Any changes to the details required made to accepted orders before dispatch will be modified in the order details. All sales are final. We may, without liability, cancel any accepted order before shipment if our credit department does not approve your credit or if there are other problems with the payment mode selected by you.
No refunds will be made for any cancellation of any order.
Risk of loss for ordered items passes on to you when you collect the product from the Dada Darshan or Dada Bhagwan Centre. Title to all I-cards remains with us and we may require their return at any time and with or without reason.
We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we give no warranty that the product description and any other content of this App is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. If the product offered itself is not as described your sole remedy is to return the product in its original condition in exchange for a replacement.
The materials on this App and any linked App are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of title and implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We do not warrant that the functions contained in this App will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that this App or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
We do not warrant or make any representation regarding the use or the result of the use of the materials in this App or in third-party sites in terms of their correctness, accuracy, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. You (and not We) assume the entire cost of all necessary maintenance, repair or correction.
If any provision of these terms is unlawful, void, or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions shall not be affected, unless we determine that the invalid or unenforceable provision is an essential term of the agreement, in which case we may, at our sole discretion, amend the agreement.
In no event shall we will be liable for (a) any indirect, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages or (b) any damages whatsoever in excess of one hundred Indian Rupees (Rs.100.00) (including, without limitation, those resulting from loss of revenues, lost profits, loss of goodwill, loss of use, business interruption, or other intangible losses), arising out of or in connection with the use of this App or any linked App (including, without limitation, use, inability to use or the results of use of any dadabhagwan.org or related Apps), whether such damages are based on warranty, contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory and even if we have been advised (or should have known) of the possibility of such damages.
If you are dissatisfied with any material, or with any of our terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using this App.
The materials appearing on this App could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on this App are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on our Apps at any time without notice. We do not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
We have not reviewed any third party sites linked to this App and are not responsible for the contents of any such linked App. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by us of that App. Use of any such linked App is at the user's own risk.
